This living room features a sectional sofa in a dark velvety fabric and an ottoman with modern clean lines in a delicious butterscotch leather. Everything is anchored by a black and white wool rug in a geometric pattern. The side tables add a touch of Art Deco style with their rounded corners and wood inlays. The table lamps provide task lighting and feature a clean geometric pattern in a champagne finish. We added a touch of pattern and color in the throw pillows to bring the overall look together.
The space showcases the owner's stunning art collection, which includes some of her own abstract work.
While the house itself has a modernist design, we were able to bridge our client's style and the style of the house by carefully selecting furnishings and decor to create a cohesive look.
